2022 'Anything Anything' Cinsault
Inspired by Dramarama ‘Anything Anything
‘Anything Anything’ was the catch cry in our search for some alternative varieties. We managed to secure 600kg (yes that was all) of Cinsault from one of our growers. We had every intention that this wine would end up being used as a portion for a blend we wanted to work on, however when we looked at the one lonely barrel we decided that it was just too pretty to be lost in a blend.
TASTING NOTES
Super light ruby red in colour. Red currants, red plums and chocolate mint with a touch of smoke. Vibrant! Light in body with very fine tannin. Best served chilled and enjoyed with a few Quiet mind(ed) peeps.
